Bought 1.5 ton inverter with 5 year kit replacement warranty , an error occured related to the kit the ac wont work, i called their customer services visited their centre but its been two months havent received any service Apparently they dont have the kits so much for using pakistan based products

I ordered a 1.5 ton inverter ac not more than 1.5 year ago and the evaporator of the indoor unit got major leaks of gas in more than 5 places all of a sudden. The pipes were rusty from Inside even tho we cleaned it from time to time and this was its only 2nd season in working. Really disappointed and a waste of money.

PEL = Fraud We bought a PEL inverter refrigerator from Bismillah Electronics, and it stopped working just a week later. Despite multiple complaints, PEL's service has only worsened the issue, and we're left with a damaged fridge and no resolution.

Worst Experience Ever! 2 Months ago ordered this Refrigerator and within two months of period have complained twice. After the first complain they came and tighten the screws, 2nd time they changed the thermostat. And now fridge rubbers (Seal) got broken. Its not even cooling the water
