Policybazaar

I have never had such a bad experience while taking a policy. I took a health insurance policy through policy bazaar and similar to other insurance agents they also kept hiding many clauses. And now they are not even cancelling my policy so that I get a refund of my amount. On calling the customer they just put you on hold and then disconnects your call so you have to again n again explain the same situation to everyone. Also they asked to mail to their email id saying that they would respond within 1-2 hours. It's been 3 days and I haven't yet received any response from them.

I wanted a policy for my daughter. I was being attended to by advisor Deepak. He said he wilI send the proposal by WhatsApp, but I asked him to send by email (since it's a permanent record) and gave him my email address but he kept pressing on sending on WhatsApp. Fed up with this jock ass I hung up and he sent on WhatsApp. Next day he calls back to check if I've seen. I told him no then he said he sent on email. I told him I've checked email b the day before and that day but wasn't there. Looks like PB has concerns about being hammered in consumer court or IRBI. The only reason I can think of is that they give incorrect information.

Very poor service I have taken medical insurance from policy bazar. Even after renewing the policy we were facing issue and though I mentioned it to the customer care I only hot false hopes. There were no issues from our end the issue was from policy bazar because they were not updating alternet number. Pathetic service I called them 10 times but no output.

Very bad service and experience from Policy Bazaar, I have purchased the policy from their customer service team and continue trying customer support for car inspection but never support from the team.

Before buying said give you all the service and After sales they are answering that you have to deal with concern company.They will not raise any complain against the concern company.They are (Policy Bazaar) not help for addressing our concerns and Raise the hand. They will not help you to coordinate with policy company as an Agent, only give false promises. Better to take policies from local Agents.
