This employer needs to be more transparent. In training they say just because you fail the test you won’t be let go which is a lie. They also say it’s no attendance policy which is a lie! Also when you get out of training you feel welcomed for about 30 days then everyone’s true colors show. You barely get help because management is lazy and they put all the pressure on helpers in the pod. I will say they put anyone in management. All management pretends to care but they really don’t! It’s like they train them to say that but you can tell it’s not genuine. Has potential to be a good company if the environment changes. The pay is good but to me it’s not worth leaving if you are already employed somewhere that has a good work environment!

Overall this place has terrible management, its like a cult and all of the trainers care more about there relationships with each other then helping you succeed. I feel very bad for anyone that decides to even put in an application at quantum. They will beat you down and you will fall asleep feeling pathetic and no one deserves that, favoritism goes on in every aspect of quantum.

If there is anyone out there looking for a job I absolutely do not recommend Quantum health the whole thing is a charade, they fool you with open promises but in reality it is like a cult. The trainer's will time your breaks down to the second if you are 1 minute behind you will he writen up also to top that you are not aloud to use the bathroom during work only on your break that is only 15 minutes a day. Quantim will try and fool you into thinking that they will help you if needed when In reality it's there way or the highway, you will notice that they will tell you there is no script but then continue to refine what you say until it's exactly what they want you to say. Quantum also creates fake accounts and give themselves five star reviews to try and counteract the majority of 1 start reviews. All in all I would not recommend quantum to anyone out there I made the mistake of not taking any of thr comments/reviews to heart and I very much regret that decision I hope this reaches whoever it needs to reach.

These folks are sadly just incompetent. Not terribly surprising since they probably don’t empower their front line employees to accomplish anything, but the end result is a frustrating inability to have claims resolved. I suspect most companies would be better off directly engaging with the insurer rather than introducing an intermediary who is incapable of adding value.

Nightmare is an understatement when it comes to how this company works. If possible STAY AWAY from any employer trying to save money by allowing Quantum Health to administer their health benefits. Many doctors and health providers have told us that even medic aid or cheap private insurance will be much better than using an employer health care plan administered through Quantum which is basically a 3rd party company promising your employer big savings by lowering the amount of medical claims paid by insurance. While most employers turn down Quantum's offer, a few companies do not hesitate to contract this company and put their employees through endless extra layers of red tape and bureaucracy brought by Quantum just to approve basic medical claims for their families.
