Frustrating and Misleading Subscription Cancellation Process My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, especially regarding their subscription cancellation process. Despite following all the steps and providing clear notice of cancellation, I was still charged for another billing cycle. Even worse, they confirmed that they had received my cancellation request but failed to terminate the subscription as expected. The process feels deliberately confusing, with unnecessary confirmation emails and unclear instructions designed to complicate cancellation. I would advise anyone considering their services to be cautious, especially when it comes to managing or canceling subscriptions. A smoother, more honest process is essential for maintaining customer loyalty, and sadly, that was not my experience here.

They gave a completely wrong diagnosis just to sell expensive lenses for DHS1685, even though the real issue was cataracts. Another optometrist in the same mall immediately noticed the problem and recommended seeing an ophthalmologist, who confirmed the cataracts. This place cares more about making money than proper eye care. I would not recommend them to anyone!

McDonald’s …We’ve been customers over 20 years but we decided to stop buying meals there altogether. Told McDonalds never again. Told them that competitors in Business shorter time than McDonalds and Wendy’s and Dairy Queen charge $0 to add lettuce and tomatoes to burgers. McDonald’s charges ridiculous surcharges for lettuce and tomatoes. Food doesn’t taste any better either. Mike and Sandy

I was with reviews for around four years. I emailed them to cancel auto renewal as I wasn’t using the service enough. They still took the money out and I had a really fight to get it back. It’s was only when they made me removed any evidence of having reviews from my site that they would refund me. This means the money and time spend collecting my company reviews was a complete waste, as when you leave the service you lose all the reviews you have collected. Very disappointed with this company and the treatment I received having to fight to get my money refunded. If I knew the reviews couldn’t be kept once you have left the service, I wouldn’t have signed up in the start. I earned those reviews they shouldn’t be taken away.

It was very late I was expecting a phone call then they shut I was well gutted lol mean while I was cooking my curry and I had a phone call back from them totally unexpected we spoke and sorted out the problem well happy with the service. Top notch back to cooking my curry now but I will be mixing tonight top stuff well appreciated 👏 💐 🥳
