I recently visited Tartine Bakery in San Francisco and had an absolutely delightful experience. The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked goods embraced me, setting a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and eager to help, offering recommendations with enthusiasm. I tried their famous morning bun, and it was heavenly. The layers were perfectly flaky and buttery with a hint of cinnamon and citrus that just melted in my mouth. I also indulged in a slice of their quiche, which was rich and savory, with a crust that was both tender and crisp. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the care taken in preparation made each item exceptional. Lovely bakery The croissants/pastries are so flaky, tender, and yum. Get here early if you would like to avoid waiting in line. Baked good are excellent, whether eat in or take out. I really enjoyed the chocolate croissant - so crumbly and flaky, paired with gooey dark chocolate - good to start the morning. Avocado tartine was dressed with a lovely nutty crunch and Indian spice - great touch. Happy eating

Heard good things about Tartine so wanted to give them a try. Pretty long line on a Sunday around noon. Maybe 20-30 people in front of us. We ordered: frangipane croissant (almond) $7.25 ea morning bun $6.25 ea avocado tartine $18.50 to go bag $0.25 Almond croissant was delicious, lots of almonds. Morning bun not preferred...a bit on the dry side...some citrus flavor that I didn't really like. Avocado toast was great...very pricey though. Be careful...it did cut up the insides of my mouth! Parking is absolutely terrible here...probably took 15-20 min.

Nice bakery with beautiful pastries. There is also some place to sit down and eat; although alot of people do takeaways. Nice coffee, and quick service.
