As an employee at The One Technologies, I've found the company to be a remarkable place to work. From day one, I've been welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment where my contributions are valued and recognized. The management team at The One Technologies genuinely cares about the well-being and professional development of their employees. Overall, I'm grateful to be part of The One Technologies family. It's a place where I feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach new heights in my career.

When I first joined One Technologies, the environment was great, and the company felt friendly and welcoming to employees. However, things changed drastically when the new HR joined. The company's atmosphere became disruptive, causing many senior employees to leave. Unfortunately, juniors are compelled to stay due to the bond policy. Since the new HR's arrival, they've stopped Fun Fridays, annual trips, and other enjoyable activities. Additionally, they implemented a restrictive policy prohibiting the use of mobile phones. The company's only aim seems to be to turn employees into laborers, requiring them to work for 8 hours and 45 minutes straight without any flexibility. Moreover, the company currently has no substantial work, so they are constantly looking for reasons to fire employees. This creates a stressful and demoralizing work environment. As an employee of One Technologies, I can say that the changes have made this company a place where employees no longer feel valued or motivated..

I am grateful for the opportunity to start my career at The One Technologies. The environment here is conducive to learning, and I've had fantastic support from my team lead and project manager. The management policies are transparent and fair, providing ample opportunities for skill development and growth.
