It has been so easy working with Thryv and it has been a great experience. My Sales Representative, Anthony Florentino, has been there every step of the way helping me when I need help. They have an awesome support department that you can call 24 hours a day, no question is too small. I just did a web site with Matthew Cooper and it was seamless. I love my new website! I highly recommend them.

I have had numerous complaints with the website package I purchased from Thryve. My website does not perform and is full of errors after almost 6 months and multiple phone calls and meetings with various teams to correct the issues. My account manager and her boss are not willing to correct the issues, only to defend themselves and their product. I would strongly advise as business do NOT sign a contract with this company as it will only cost you time and money.

We discovered Thryv through a BNI contact. So happy we did! From the first meeting with Kelly to the creation of our website (thank you Illeana), everything has been seamless and streamlined. We are small business owners starting from square one, so the extra effort and assistance that the entire team has offered has been amazing.

After advertising with Yellow Pages for 20+ years.This year we had a very poor experience. The sales reps are deceptive in the ways they get you to sign up to THRYV offering free trials and discounts. Do not believe what the sale rep says.They do not care about your business. Just their bottom line. We will not be advertising with Yellow Pages or THRYV again.

Awful experience with this company. If you are a small business owner, use a local company. They promise you the world and how much ROI will have by using them. For us at least, we didn’t gain anything from their services. On top of that, when we went to cancel, they told us that they needed 30 days notice and we were on the hook for another $358 billing regardless. Bottom line: they are sleazy scam artists by all the evidence. Stay far away!
