Valletta Football Club

I was here July 7, 2024 for lunch. This place is busy, and the seating is clustered fairly closely together. After lots of walking around on a hot summer day I needed to eat some good food in a nice restaurant with great air conditioning. Lots of people preferred to alfresco on busy Merchant Street. Up and down this street there are plenty of choices for places to eat outdoors. I chose to go in doors because it was very hot on this day. My very good lunch was seafood pasta and some pan seared fish with a side of salad. If you find yourself in the same predicament, then, yes this is a very good choice.

The supervisor lady didn’t let us sit because we were 8 poeple and was really rude to us, she was very angry face was not so nice..

Very nice dinner sitting outside amongst the trees. Away from the crazy crowded area in the city. Lovely food, Rabbit was delicious.

Nicely located restaurant with some interesting Maltese and Italian dishes. Size of the dishes was huge. Food (we took octopus and local pork) is Ok, but a little bit blunt. Other places in the same price range has better tasted food. And check your cheque! Instead of 1/2 pint of cider and 1/2 pint of beer they included 1 pint of both instead. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Excellent food, especially rabbit. Friendly, helpful, quick and professional service, good location, nice ambient.
