Have booked hotels with them 3 times during the last year. Super easy and cheaper offers. They will give you special discount for the next booking once you book the first hotel.

These people are total scammers. The Dutch authorities need to investigate them for fraud. They sell hotel inventory they do not have and then leave customers waiting for help for hours at the front desk. AVOID THEM AT COSTS. They are fraudsters, scammers or tremendously incompetent. It’s hard to know which. If you work for them, quit.

They are a group of scammers, I booked a hotel through them and they stole money without booking the hotel. When I contacted a hotel, she said that there is no reservation in my name, and when I contacted them, they say they will do a review for a bug, but no benefit. Just waiting, they stole 320 euros from me. Advice, do not deal with them,in addition to that, calling them cost me 20 euros because it is an international call

Was told that I didn't have a room after paying in full will not use again. Toke 3days to confirm my refund had to jump through hoops to do so. Company has no phone number for assistance.

Reserved a hotel with 2 queens and a patio, upon receiving our confirmation email we found that FindHotel had switched it to a single king bed. We called to clarify our reservation and the customer service representative told us she would change it and give us a call the following day. We never got a call, however we decided to suck it up and deal with the single bed. Now upon our arrival at the hotel there is no patio, and simply a large window overlooking a service alley of the hotels. All in all a terrible experience from FindHotels and we will not be using them again, nor suggesting anyone do.
