How to Reply to Reviews in Rannkly

Step 1:  Log in to your Rannkly account using your credentials. If you don't have an account, sign up for one.

Step 2:  After logging in, on the left-hand menu, you will find a section called "My Reviews" below the dashboard option. Click on "My Reviews."

Step 3:  You will be directed to a page displaying a list of reviews on the right side.

Step 4:  To reply to a specific review, locate the review you want to respond to, and click on the "Reply" button associated with that review.

Step 5:  A popup window will appear, providing you with multiple options to reply to the review:

- If you want to craft your own response, simply type your content in the input box provided and then click on "Publish Response."

- If you have predefined response templates, click on the "Choose Template" option. Select the template you wish to use for your reply and then click on "Publish Response."

- To leverage Rannkly's AI capabilities, click on "Generate Smart Reply." You will see the AI start creating content for your response. Once satisfied with the AI-generated response, click on "Publish Response."

Step 6:  Additionally, you can make use of smart suggestions to compose your reply effectively. These suggestions can assist you in crafting a thoughtful and engaging response to the review.

Step 7:  After following your chosen method of reply, your response will be published and sent to the reviewer.

Now you're ready to efficiently manage and respond to reviews on Rannkly, whether it's by crafting personalized responses, using templates, or benefiting from AI-generated content and smart suggestions.
