Justin Kim was absolutely instrumental in assisting me with solving issues using my donor database in conjunction with Outlook. It took us several days and several conversations, but he never gave up and kept in contact with me throughout. He was professional, kind, funny, and easy to work with as he helped me navigate and solve the many errors we were coming upon. Without his help, I wasn't able to fully execute the needs of my job, so I am extremely grateful that he got me up and running again!

Nichole is phenomenal every time she stops by to help in the office. She makes sure to check in with everyone, is incredibly professional, and very knowledgeable. She has assisted with hardware issues, software help, and even helped us out with a phone issue we were experiencing. We are fortunate to have her stop in with her expertise as often as she does, she helps the office run incredibly smoothly and eliminates tech issues as a concern for us.

Justin is always a pleasure to work with. Today he helped me located a missing folder successfully and eliminated a syncing issue I was having after our domain and email change. I never worry when he is assigned to resolve my submitted tickets!
