Our experience was wonderful while searching for a new RV. The sales department was phenomenal. Big thanks to the general manager Damain, as well as Mike. Our experience was very comfortable and easy. Mike took his time with us. It was very easy to talk to and we had great some great conversations. Very informative, and we so very much feel like we made a great decision by returning.

Have had a bad experience with dealerships. Got a travel trailer here, first trip with it the bearing welded to the axle so it must not have been checked. On top of that we were going to go cash but they convinced me to go financing. Now I know why. Price 2.5x's by the end of the term. They conveniently don't go over the end price with you they just make the monthly payment look affordable. So just make sure you read your paperwork really well. And the extra insurance I paid for on our loan not only didn't cover road side assistance (which we added roadside assistance, when we called their trucks couldn't haul a travel trailer... so why did I pay for road side assistance?) And the insurance wouldn't cover one of the receipts required to get our travel trailer to the mechanic. They claimed they don't reimburse for "temporary maintenance". Which we needed this "temporary maintenance" to get back to the mechanic. So they are reimbursing for the cost. Started off sounding like we were getting a great deal here but turned out not to be that way. So they are getting a 1 star from me for not providing 2 of the services I paid for (road side assistance and insurance) and because they do a good job hiding the final cost on the paperwork.

Just spent $19,000 on a brand new camper, sales person was great. Manager, parts dept all need training. Called 7 times to get a part and NO ONE calls you back after telling you they will. Once they got your money they don't care about small things like parts under $100. Wish I knew this before buying my RV here. My advise if you want great service and care afterwards, ho elsewhere

A superb experience with Don of Bish’s RV Kalispell! We were having difficulties with our local dealer here in Calgary when trying to buy a brand new Imagine 2670MK and decided to look elsewhere. I called Bish’s and spoke with Don. We agreed a deal and were really happy with the service, buying process and outcome! Don catered to all our needs - including sorting out the Certificate of Origin and Recall Declaration that we would need to be able to import. We managed to forget to use our post-purchase discount voucher but we’ll be back in Kalispell next season. Perhaps we can use it then? We successfully imported our new Travel Trailer into Alberta, Canada from Montana, USA and had a fantastic few days post purchase in the Glacier Park area. A big thank you to Don, Andrew, Robert, Larry and Bailey for all your help. Very happy customers!
