Beautiful frame and even better customer service! The first frame I ordered, the glass came shattered. I reached out to customer service and they had a new one shipped out the same day and it arrived in perfect condition just two days later. Highly highly recommend!!

Recently left a 3 star review due to some product issues, but the team was very responsive and helpful and quickly shipped a new item, at no charge, to ensure complete satisfaction. The team was understanding and prompt through the whole matter. Great service and they stand behind their products!

My brother and sister bought me the double frame to put my bachelor's and master's diplomas. Unfortunately, the master's diploma is printed on larger paper than the bachelor's so the double-document frame wouldn't fit both. Customer service was quick to respond, to help, they were accommodating, and double checked with me to specify sizes and which one I wanted on top and bottom. They accepted the original frame I was shipped without an issue and are getting the new frame that will fit both diplomas ready and shipped out. When life got in the way (and I didn't ship out the frame for two weeks. Totally on me) Kathryn in customer service emailed to check in that I still wanted to switch out the frames. Kathryn is fantastic - she literally got back to me and my questions within the hour during their regular business hours. She kept in contact with me throughout the process. Fast customer service. Super accommodating. And the frames themselves are durable and gorgeous. I love the Rutgers one and I'm glad I'll be able to put both diplomas in one frame.

I ordered a frame for my wife's diploma and got to pick from many different color schemes and treatment for the mat and wooden frame. It arrived (in incredible packaging), and after inserting the diploma I noticed a bubble in the glass(which cast a shadow). I reached out and they immediately shipping another piece of glass as a replacement (no charge). The frame is gorgeous and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Thanks Julie for all your help! I highly recommend this company and product.
