This place is the worst. 3 months in a row my son had to go without his important medication for days. This did not happen to me just today. It has happened to me everytime i go in there. I stand at the window for 20 minutes. 2 ppl were standing there on the computer and i felt completely ignored. And when i ask them for his meds they are not ready. They claim that the request was not sent until late yesterday which i know is bull. My son had an appointment yesterday morning at options with his counsler that they cancelled on us last minute. They will not let him have a refill until he sees the counsler each month. So my son told them i need an emergency supply of my medications until my appointment next week and i need them stat. They assured him it would be sent over to the pharmacy right away as a STAT order and that it would be ready by the afternoon. So i wait until today to go to be curtious and give them time to get it filled before i go to work and they tell me it isnt ready so since i have to go to work in ashland i have to come back on tuesday since today is friday and thsy are closed on monday so he has to be off his meds for 4 days. Last month they did the same thing to me. I had to sit in the parking lot for 3 hours waiting for his medication to be filled because of some kind of hold up. It is not safe for some medications to be suddenly stopped for a few days and then him start them again. Plus the time and gas ive spent over the last 3 months dealing with the same issues. I do not recommend this pharmacy unless you dont mind the struggles.

I have never had to wait long periods to pick up my medication. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking. Fantastic staff.

My favorite pharmacy yet. They prepackage my meds In daily packs. If you've never tried this service you should. Sooo convenient... just pop open the package in the morning and go... no more dealing with 5 different bottles everyday. And the staff is friendly and competent.

This pharmacy has been my pharmacy for over two years. I had no problems. Until they hired someone named Tracy. She shorted me meds that are a controlled substance that i take for seizures. I am filing a lawsuit. Count your meds in front of them. If u also experienced problems please leave your number.

This place is awesome! They're so good to my family here. I don't use this place personally. However, when my dad and mom are dedicated to a place because of their service and dedication; it's right in my book. Thanks to all the employees and others for your hard work and dedication to our loved ones during these hard times. Also, a special thanks to Dane for being an All-Star!
