VERY POOR HIRING PROCESS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Personally, I experienced a disappointing hiring process with Indegene. Despite being selected for the Senior medical writer role after a technical interview, I was not onboarded. The ordeal continued with a writing skill test, which I excelled in (scoring 80-85%, as verified by seniors). Yet, the HR representative Forgot my interview details, Failed to provide updates, Incorrectly claimed I didn't scored that test. This raises concerns about Indegene's hiring practices. Are they genuinely seeking talent or just collecting candidates data?

If I had a chance, I wouldn’t be giving even one star. Horrible place!! They’ll waste your time and in-fact steal your creativity in the name of “assignment” for job. They’ll even make you feel you got the job and then would completely ghost you. Please don’t fall for such scams!! And Indigene “RESPECT DESIGNERS!!!”.

⚠️ Designers, Be Careful! ⚠️ I recently applied for a graphic design job and stayed up all night to complete their assignment (EKKOSPIRE™ – something they've been sending since 2021). I followed up several times but never heard back. It feels really unfair to put in so much effort and get ignored. They keep posting the same job, which makes me think they just want to collect ideas from designers without actually hiring anyone. If you're thinking about applying, don't waste your time like I did. For people giving interviews it’s a waste of time. Trust me! Save yourself some time and look out for better companies that value talent and value your time!

Worst company Defers joining date every 6 months and there is no proper communication from their HRs on the interview. pathetic!
