I have just finished my first week at a top employer in the pharmaceutical industry! Thanks to Pascal Lagendijk and his team, the application process was not only smooth, but also comfortable. This is the only recruiter I have encountered that puts so much work on you succeeding in an interview, as they give you advice depending on the company and interviewers, who they may already know from previous experience or from their own research. Similarly, they wanted to hear my impressions after each interview to see if their advice had been useful. After starting the job, we keep in touch and being employed through them is easy and has its perks, such as the reimbursement of travel expenses, which I really appreciate as I commute to a different city. Overall, I wish all recruiters were like this team at Oxford. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Overall I've had a great experience with the Oxford Global Resources team and in particular with Rens van Roosmalen and Arne van der Meer for they constant support. Looking for a job, specially as an expat, is a very challenging task, and they have really helped me out and finally I have found a great job that fulfils all my initial expectations.
