GO Canvas has helped us streamline our document management processes in the field. We are able to obtain essentially real-time visibility into the various products and services our team is delivering in the field. We can send real time delivery confirmation emails to our customers that include GPS coordinates, exact time of delivery amongst other information. The software has been simple to use and we can easily modify a form or document to fit our employees or customers needs.

A word of warning!!! These people are thieves!! I cancelled a subscription as it was no longer required and they continue to deduct charges from our acct and refuse to cancel our subscription! My advice, find another provider!!

I pay for my license annually through Verizon for Business and at least 2 times per year I get locked out of my account saying my account is past due. I paid 10/15/21 for 1 year and I’m currently locked out again. They are not very responsive, it’s hard to get them to resolve your issue and they are hard to get in touch with. I use this app for my business so I can’t operate my business and they don’t seem to care. They’re not registered with the BBB so that says a lot. The app is great, it’s made operating my business, especially during COVID, much easier. However, I’m always nervous about being locked out, my employees look at me like I don’t pay my bills so it’s very unnerving. They need to revamp their customer service system because it’s not working and I’m looking for other options for my business since GoCanvas can’t get it together.

Paid for service in November 2019. Decided it was not the right tool for us. Never used the services but got charged a renewal fee of $660 again in November 2020. Called the company to tell them I didn't want the service, nor did I authorize the renewal charge. They verified I have never used the service, but because I did not give them a proper notice, they could not give me a refund. Buyer beware.
