Brian and Val are as good as they come. If you want stellar knowledge, support and customer service, then you are in the right place with Legacy Station. I wish they were closer so I could personally visit but that's why we have shipping. I heard about LS "word of mouth" from a model train club member and that's as good as it gets for a referral. Super nice staff and they are all so knowledgeable about the trains. They helped us every step of the way! I was able to find the perfect train for my mom for Christmas and now she is hooked! 😂I think I'll bet going back to get myself one too as I just didn't realize how much fun they would be.

What an impressive operation, absolutely exceeded expectations! Outstanding customer service and staff (Tim, in particular)! I purchased a used item (which can be uncertain and stressful... especially when it's not an inexpensive thing) and it's great to now know that businesses like this, ones that care about their customers, still exist! Since I have a few more items on my 'hard-to-find' shopping list, I will definitely be checking with them regularly and hope to be making more purchases from them in the future.

Very friendly staff. My son went in hoping to trade his trains and tracks to a different scale the owner worked thoroughly with him for a good hour lol. In the end we didn't trade but did still upgrade his train set. The store is well stocked and clean even had a little play area for the babies!!

I visited Legacy Station with my daughter and to have an engine serviced. Brian was extremely helpful with servicing my locomotive. The shop had a great selection of anything and everything model trail. They also have a room with really neat train scenery and sets. Highly recommend! I will be a regular visitor!
