Excellent customer experience from the first inquiry through delivery and setup! I needed to set up a new studio location, so I basically needed everything. Rusty & Denny know this business better than anyone I've spoken to. They took the time to really listen to my needs and create a package that was exactly what I needed and within budget. They immediately responded to my MANY questions, made great recommendations, and they provided lots of advice on how to make my business successful. They are a true partner, and I will never work with anyone else. Israel, who handles the local deliveries and setup, was super kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a ton of much needed encouragement for me on this new venture. I so appreciated his great attitude and the pride he took in his job. He also gave me some great advice on marketing, store layout, and different types of events that he felt would work very well in this location. We even discussed some growth strategy. You can absolutely tell that a great customer experience is at the top of their list from the very first conversation. They are exceptional!!

I have ordered clay and supplies from SPS several times online and I have been very impressed by the quality of their products and the speed with which it was delivered. I live in rural Texas and the closest supplier is in San Antonio. I am so pleased with their service and I am now considering buy a kiln from them as well because they take the time to explain their products in detail online.

Well...what's not to love about Seattle Pottery? I guess if ceramics isn't your jam, it's probably not impressive. But if you like to play in the mud this is the place. I have yet to come here and not find what I need. They're clay bodies and glazes are great as well. Pro-tip...be aware of which direction you come from...you can get stuck in the other side of the train track for a while.

I just want to give the biggest shoutout to billy. I had a school last minuete emergency and I was in dire need of some clay before my first class. Gave them a call and he was so kind and on a closed day he let me come in and buy my much needed school essentials. It was such a kind experience and I will for sure be coming back on an open day!
